EVENT: What is the price?
For each even, a price is mentioned. This is a target price based on a minimum of 20 participants.
Prices will be different for less than 20 or more than 50 participants.
All formulas can be adjusted depending on your budget and preferences.
Prices are 21% VAT excluded.
For how many persons can I book an event?
We work exclusively for companies and organisations and organise their groups activities.
Our indicative prices mentioned for each event are based on a minimum number of 20 people. The price includes a general organisational cost which will be redistributed for a lower number of participants and will therefore increase the price per person.
Organising an event for a very small group (< 10 people) is of course always possible, but past experience has taught us that the increase in price per person is not proportional to the value perceived by the client. For us, it is important to have a feeling of 100% satisfaction. We therefore ask our clients to be well aware of the price increase depending on the event, the number of participants and the organisation involved.

Of course. We have some easy walks ans more active city games. A mixed group? We will develop a nice tailor-made programme so that everybody will enjoy.
HOW MANY KILOMETERS DO WE WALK DURING A FOOD TOUR?-todo
Willen jullie een korte rustige wandeling van 4 à 5 kilometer of mag het net ietsje meer zijn? Wij kijken altijd naar de samenstelling van de groep en passen een mouw aan elke vraag. Is er iemand die minder mobiel is? Dan zorgen we bijvoorbeeld voor een aangepast parcours of een shuttle.
Do you take into account the specific diets of the participants?
Of course. We simply ask to inform us as soon as possible so that we can inform our culinary partners on time.
I have an international group. Are several languages possible?
We would not be real Belgians if we would not speak several languages.
Our guides speak fluently dutch, french, english, german and spanish and our Discover Belgium event managers can serve you in dutch, french or english.
Ca you also provide accomodation and transport facilities?
Of course! We are a full service destination management company. In combination with an event, we willI glad to offer you accomodation and transportation facilities, transfer and meeting rooms.
I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A SOUVENIR TO EACH PARTICIPANT
Good idea! We will provide a nice group picture but we can deliver a suitable gift as a souvenir for each participant. We would suggest typical local products linked to the activity. A tast city game in Brussels? A bag of traditional cookies, Belgian pralines (of a famous chocolatier), a bottle of a Brussels aperitif, an original magnet of Manneken Pis or the Grand place, a gift basket with Belgian beers, a gift basket with local products,…

HOW CAN I PAY FOR AN EVENT?
After receiving a signed confirmation of your booking, we will ask you to make an advance payment of minimum €500 to the following account number: IBAN : BE95 7310 4609 3058 - BIC KREDBEB. After receiving this payment, the reservation will be considered final and reservations with our partners will be made.
Ten days before the event takes place, we will ask you to confirm the definitive amount of participants. Based on this amount, an invoice will be drawn up.
One week before the event, the final payment should be made on the same account number.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY EVENT?
Following cancellation costs are applicable:
- Until 1 month before the event/course: cancellation charge of 10%* with a minimum of €500
- Between 1 month and 2 weeks before the event/course: cancellation charge of 50%*
- Between 2 weeks and 3 working days before the event/course: cancellation charge of 75%*
- Between 2 working days and no show on the day of the event: cancellation charge of 100%*
*based on the formerly agreed number of participants.
WHEN CAN THE EVENTS TAKE PLACE?
Events can usually be organised according to your time schedule. But of course we have to take the availabilities of our partners and/or guides into account. Events in the city that include appetisers can only be organised during the day, and sometimes not on a Sunday. Our food tours and city games can be organised at noon as well as in the evenings, if the opening hours of the restaurants allow for it.
